《物流工程与管理》（月刊）创刊于1979年，是由全国商品养护科技情报中心站主办的物流刊物。论文涉及范围包括：仓储物流行业的理论研究，国内外物流成功经验及信息，仓储物流运作可操作性方法及案例，本行业的经营管理技术及安全管理技术等。本刊坚持为社会主义服务的方向，坚持以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论为指导，贯彻“百花齐放、百家争鸣”和“古为今用、洋为中用”的方针，坚持实事求是、理论与实际相结合的严谨学风，传播先进的科学文化知识，弘扬民族优秀科学文化，促进国际科学文化交流，探索防灾科技教育、教学及管理诸方面的规律，活跃教学与科研的学术风气，为教学与科研服务。

"Logistics engineering and management" (monthly) was founded in 1979, is by the national commodity maintenance science and Technology Information CenterStation sponsored logistics publications. The paper involves the scope including:theoretical study of warehousing and logistics industry, logistics at home and abroad successful experience and information, warehouse and logisticsoperation operation method and case, the business management technology and security management technology. Our adhere to the socialist direction of the service, adhere to the Marx Lenin doctrine, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping theory as a guide, the implementation of the "All flowers bloom together., contention of a hundred schools of thought" and "make the past serve the present, make foreign things serve China" policy, seek truth from facts,adhere to the combination of theory and practice the rigorous style of study,spread the advanced scientific and cultural knowledge, carry forward the national excellent scientific culture, promote international scientific and cultural exchanges, explore the disaster prevention technology in education, teachingand management of various aspects of the law, active teaching and scientific research of academic atmosphere, service for teaching and scientific research.
