《科学种养》（月刊）创刊于2006年是金盾出版社主办的期刊，从2006年1月起面向全国公开发行。金盾出版社是全国优秀出版社、全国先进科普工作集体、全国“讲信誉、重服务”出版单位，是全国服务“三农”和文化科技卫生“三下乡”先进单位。20多年来，金盾出版社出版发行"三农"图书近两亿册，发行网络遍布城乡各地，金盾图书读者俱乐部会员已达70多万人。
